ABOUT
My name is Artashes Sardarian, and I am an artist who draws inspiration from free forms and unexpected combinations. My work spans a variety of mediums—from paintings and ceramic objects to unique art installations. I experiment with materials, transforming vintage and antique dishware, epoxy resin, and natural dried flowers into works of art.
My philosophy is centered on reimagining the purpose of ordinary objects. Plates, glasses, tea cups—these items, once solely utilitarian, become art pieces worthy of a place in any collection. By blending and combining various materials, I give these objects a new life and significance.
I also create sculptures inspired by nature and paintings that merge elements that initially seem incompatible. One such project was my collaboration with embroidery artist Kathrin Marchenko, where we combined porcelain and embroidery to create truly unique art pieces.
